Veggie Salad Roll with bit of Seitan

Recipe Ingredients for Salad Roll

1 lettuce leaf
1/2 oz seitan
1/2 oz carrot
1/2 oz daikon
1/2 oz apple
1/2 oz avocado
1 t brown rice
0.22 oz tapioca flour
1/2 T sweet chili sauce
1/2 oz fish sauce

Recipe Directions for Salad Roll

  1. Cook rice. Slice all ingredients thinly and have handy.

  2. The tapioca flour represents the tapioca paper not on this site. Dip sheet in skillet of warm water. Place on counter. Start with lettuce leaf and continue piling ingredients on leaf. Fold bottom of sheet over pile. Fold in edges. Roll like a burrito.

  3. Combine sweet chili sauce and vegetarian fish sauce. Use as dipping sauce.
