2 cups Veggie lover's salad, 1cup of spinach,1/2 cup tomatoes, 1 cup of broccolli, 1/4 cup red onions, 1 cup cauliflower, 1 tblsp olive oil, 2 tblsp light ranch.

Recipe Ingredients for salad

1 cups Baby Spinach
1 cup, chopped Broccoli
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp chopped Onions
2 tbsp Ranch Dressing
1 cup Cauliflower

mix all ingredients in a bowl and enjoy.
