I thought creating a recipe would be better than listing each ingredient every time. It also seems easier than using the create a meal feature.

Recipe Ingredients for Salad

1 cup romaine lettuce
1/2 tomato
1 green onion, tops and white
3 radishes

Recipe Directions for Salad

Mix it all together and dress with your favorite fat free dressing. I have notice that half a serving of dressing works just fine... with a squeeze of lemon added.
