this is the salad i eat nearly every day. it is delicious and filling, green, organic, and always interesting. sometimes i add 1/4 of an avocado or bragg's amino acids for dressing to change things around. today i had it with falafel and tahini.

Recipe Ingredients for salad

1 oz. alfalfa sprouts
1 cup spinach
1 medium mushroom
3 slices onion
1/4 tomato
1/4 small carrot
1/4 beet
1 tsp lime juice
1/4 cucumber

Recipe Directions for salad

  1. stem the spinach

  2. juice the orange

  3. grate the carrot, beet, and ginger

  4. chop the garlic, tomatoes, mushroom, onion, and pepper

  5. combine in bowl and serve
