Very basic salad that I eat every day. I add tuna, egg white, nuts or beans for protein.

Recipe Ingredients for Salad

1 red pepper
1 cucumber
1 head of lettuce
1 tomato
1 cup alfalfa sprouts
1 cup mushrooms
1 cup red cabbage
1 carrot

Recipe Directions for Salad

chop everything up, mix around, add dressing and enjoy!
