Recipe Ingredients for Salad

1 cup romaine
1/2 small tomato
1/2 green pepper
1 carrot
1 mushroom
1 small onion
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil

Recipe Directions for Salad

Heat olive oil in pan. Chop onion. Add onion to pan and sautee for 4 minutes, until onions are soft. Chop the rest of the ingredients and combine in a small bowl. Add onion and olive oil to bowl. Mix all ingredients together. Add vinegar, salt and pepper as desired.
