arugula,oranges, and sunflower seed salad

Recipe Ingredients for salad

7 cups baby arugula
2 oranges, segmented
2 tbsp. sunflower seeds, toasted
1 cup low fat cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tsp. chopped fresh thyme
3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. honey
1 tsp. maple syrup
1/2 tsp. ground mustard
2 tsp. grapeseed oil
1/4 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

Recipe Directions for salad

combine vinegar, honey, syrup,and mustard in small bowl. gradually add oil, stirring with a whisk.add soy sauce and pepper. combine arugula, oranges, seeds, and thyme in large bowl. drizzle vinegar mixture over arugula.
