2 cups lettuce
1/3 cup shredded carrots
1 large tomato
1/4 cup corn kernels
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Salad

  1. toss the vegetables

  2. mix the oil, vinegar, lemon juice, salt and pepper and wisk

  3. enjoy.
