I like this salad between the bread but also as side with roasted chicken

Recipe Ingredients for salad

1 medium Kirby Cucumber
1 cups Baby Spinach
1 Medium Tomatoes
1 oz Coriander
1 fruit (2" dia) Limes
1 medium raw Onion Red
2 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 dash Salt, Table
0.5 serving Dressing
1 tbsp Zesty Italian Dressing
2 1tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for salad

  1. I cut the red onion in small cubes and fry in lightly in the pan.

  2. Then I cut the rest of ingredients finely and mix them together.

  3. In the end I squeeze the juice of lime and mix that and the dressings together.
