ingredients i use on a daily basis and i add the meat and dressing seperate for changes on daily basis.

Recipe Ingredients for salad

1/4 cup cucumber
1/8 cup avocado
1/5 oz mushroom
1/4 cup yellow bell pepper
1/2 cup carrot
1/2 cup broccoli
1/4 cup cauliflower
1 cup iceberg lettuce
1/2 cup spinach
1 serving Ripe Large Pitted Olives
1 hard boiled egg
1 serving asian nut blend cvs

Recipe Directions for salad

  1. cut ingredients and put on plate or large bowl.

  2. cook desired meat and dressing and add to salad.

  3. eat and enjoy
