Recipe Ingredients for Salad, Pineapple and Cottage Cheese Salad

3 ounces gelatin, lime jello brand
1 cup pineapple juice, add hot water to drained juice for the cup total liquid
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
8 ounces cottage cheese
8 ounces crushed pineapple
1/2 cup nuts, coresly chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise, Helllmans
5 ounces evaporated milk

Recipe Directions for Salad, Pineapple and Cottage Cheese Salad

  1. Mix jello, hot water, juice and salt. Let stand until thickened.

  2. Mix other ingredients together and combine with thickened jello.

  3. Pour into ring jello bundt pan and put in refrigerator to set.
