Persian side dish similar to potato salad but with chicken

Recipe Ingredients for Salad Olivia

2 chicken breast, cooked, skin off, shredded
7 large potatoes, skin off, diced
10 large dill pickles, diced
10 hard boiled eggs, diced
12 oz. peas, cooked
32 oz mayonnaise
12 baby carrots
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper

Recipe Directions for Salad Olivia

  1. Boil Potatoes and eggs and let cool.

  2. Dice up pickles, carrots.

  3. Peel potatoes and eggs, then dice.

  4. Pour all diced ingredients and can of peas into LARGE mixing bowl.

  5. Add the whole jar of mannaiyse (EWWW).

  6. Add lemon juice.

  7. Add Salt and Pepper.

  8. Mix thoroughly.

  9. Adjust to taste

  10. You will need a HUGE tupperware to store this amount, probably around a gallon or more!
