Romaine lettuce with tuna and vegetables

Recipe Ingredients for Salad Nicoise

8 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
2 cups green beans, steamed
1 bell pepper, sliced
2 cups red potatoes, cooked and quartered
4 hard boiled eggs, peeled and quartered
4 roma tomatoes, quartered
1/2 cup black or kalamata olives
1 can albacore tuna in water, drained

Recipe Directions for Salad Nicoise

Spread lettuce out on a large platter. Arrange green beans, pepper slices, potatoes, eggs and tomatoes on top of lettuce layer. Flake tuna with fork and add to salad. Top with olives. Serve with vinaigrette dressing.
