Salad to mix with Ravioli of choice. Very yummy!

Recipe Ingredients for Salad (minus the Ravioli)

1 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup red onion
1 cup red bell pepper
1 tablespoons fresh basil or parsley
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons pine nuts, roasted
1 oz feta cheese, crumbled
1 salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Salad (minus the Ravioli)

  1. Mix in vegetables, herbs, garlic and oil. Season with salt and pepper.

  2. Garnish with feta cheese and roasted pine nuts.

  3. Serve immediately as a warm meal or chill for a salad.
