3 c Honeydew Melon, cubed (1/2-inch)
3 c Cantaloupe, cubed (1/2-inch)
2 tbsp Mint, thinly sliced fresh
1 tsp Lemon Juice, fresh
1/4 tsp Black Pepper, freshly ground
2 oz Prosciutto, thinly sliced cut into thin strips
2 oz Parmesan Cheese, shaved fresh (Parmigiano-Reggiano)
1 Black Pepper, Cracked (optional)
