Salad with mandarin oranges, peanuts, and spinach

Recipe Ingredients for Salad with mandarin oranges, peanuts, and spinach

2 cups iceburg lettuce , chopped
2 cups spinach, chopped
1 cup mandarin oranges, chopped with juice
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 cup raw carrots, chopped
1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts

Recipe Directions for Salad with mandarin oranges, peanuts, and spinach

  1. Add all liquid ingredients together and mix well.

  2. Add remaining ingredients to a larger salad bowl.

  3. Toss all together with liquid dressing.
