1 cup Lettuce, Iceburg
1/2 cup Cucumber, chopped
1/2 cup Radishes, Sliced
1/4 small Sweet Onion, chopped
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
2 T Apple Cider Vinegar

Recipe Directions for Salad for Lunch

Wash all vegetables, tear lettuce into pieces, add cucumber, radishes, and onion. Top with Olive oil and Cider Vinegar.
