Recipe Ingredients for Salad + Lettuce & Roasted Chicken

1 head lettuce
2 radishes
1 cup red pepper
10 pitted kalamata olives
1/8 cup dill
1 cup roasted chicken

Recipe Directions for Salad + Lettuce & Roasted Chicken

  1. For chicken, use left overs of a roasted chicken breast. you can roast your own or buy one roasted at Costco or your local supermarket. You can substitute with left over chicken fingers etc.

  2. Toss all ingredients together and serve with your favorite dressing.

  3. Toss dill on top once served.
