A near vegan (I'm ok with the honey thing... obviously) - salad hater's dream salad. I suddenly had a major craving for lettuce, yet I typically do NOT like salad (though I always wished I did) so I made this and actually LOVED it!! I can't wait to try this again with quinoa in place of the brown rice. This salad makes me happy!

Recipe Ingredients for Salad Haters Conversion Salad! (Fat free)

1 tsp. Mustard, Prepared, Yellow
1 tsp. Honey, Strained Or Extracted
1 tsp Vinegar, Cider
1 tsp Non Fat Plain
1 Pepper, Black
1 Onion Powder
1 Cumin Seed
1 Turmeric, Ground
1 Water
0.5 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
150 grams Lettuce, Cos Or Romaine

Recipe Directions for Salad Haters Conversion Salad! (Fat free)

  1. Make dressing.

  2. Prepare lettuce.

  3. Mix lettuce with dressing.

  4. Mix whichever spices and seasonings to the rice, pour hot water over rice if rice is cold from fridge, maybe cool water if rice was just made and still warm.
