Recipe Ingredients for Salad Eggplant Zuchinni Peppers Chicken & Pasta

3 lbs chicken breast, skinned and boneless
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp dry oregano
2 tsp dry parsley
2 tsp dry rosemary
2 tsp dry thyme
2 tsp dry basil
2 tsp marjoram
4 tbsp thyme
4 tbsp chopped garlic
4 tbsp dehydrated onion
3 tbsp chicken bouillon
1 medium yellow onion
1 bell pepper
3 zucchini
1 eggplant
8 oz spaghetti noodles

Recipe Directions for Salad Eggplant Zuchinni Peppers Chicken & Pasta

  1. Prepare Thin Spaghetti noodles

  2. Pour olive oil in cast iron skillet and heat on high flame

  3. Add chicken, brown on one side then flip

  4. Cut chicken into bite size strips

  5. Add dry seasonings and stir fry to deep golden brown

  6. Reduce heat to medium

  7. Add fresh onion and bell pepper, saute

  8. Add zuchinni, crook neck, eggplant

  9. Cover and simmer for about 8 minutes

  10. Heap onto pasta
