Recipe Ingredients for Salad dressing, basil - balsamic

2 tbsp shallots, chopped
1 tsp garlic, chopped
1 tsp pepper, crushed
1 tbsp pesto, tomato sundried
2 tbsp vinegar, balsamic
1/2 cup olive oil
1 salt, to taste
3 tbsp basil, fresh, finely chopped

Recipe Directions for Salad dressing, basil - balsamic

  1. mix shallots, garlic, pepper and pesto.

  2. while whisking, gradually pour in vinegar and oil, alternating between them. add the basil and refrigate 15 minutes before serving.
