Basically a cobb salad minus the meat and bleu cheese.

Recipe Ingredients for Salad A-La Crystal

2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
2 hard boiled eggs
1/2 sliced cucumber
8 cherry tomatoes
1/2 avocado
2 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette

Recipe Directions for Salad A-La Crystal

  1. hard boil two eggs and let cool

  2. once cooled, chop or cube eggs

  3. chop lettuce into desired sizes

  4. slice half a cucumber, thin

  5. chop half an avocado

  6. add all ingredients, including whole cherry tomatoes, to a bowl and toss.
