A very filling salad... good to eat if you have a busy day, or could be a cold dinner.

Recipe Ingredients for The Salad That Could Be Dinner

238 grams Tomato Cherry
80 grams Celery
56 grams Cucumber, Peeled
1 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
43 grams Egg, Whole
1 serving Boiled Egg White
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
1 serving John West - Tuna Chunks In Sunflower Oil

Recipe Directions for The Salad That Could Be Dinner

Boil eggs, remove the yellow from one of the eggs and discard. You only want one whole egg and one boiled egg white to cut down on cholesterol. Chop eggs up small. Chop the bell pepper into tiny slices, as thin as can be. Also slice the cucumber, celery, and spring onion very finely. Add all to small plastic tub, then open the tuna (drain and discard excess oil), place tuna on top of the rest of the food in the box and close lid... shake the hell out of the tub to make everything mix evenly, then serve in small deep bowl.
