My version of the popular restaurant salad. It is delicious with raspberry vinaigrette dressing.

Recipe Ingredients for Salad with Chicken, Dried Cranberries, Walnuts

2 cups Romaine
2 oz Chicken Breast, grilled, chopped
1/2 cup Tomato, chopped
1/2 cup Mushrooms, raw, chopped
1/2 cup Cucumber, peeled, sliced
1 tbsp Walnuts, chopped
1 tbsp Sweetened Dried Cranberries

Recipe Directions for Salad with Chicken, Dried Cranberries, Walnuts

Layer all ingredients on salad plate. Add 2 tbsp Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing (Kraft Light Done Right) and enjoy.
