1/6 fills a mini pita or 6" tortilla

Recipe Ingredients for Salad, Chicken, Banana-Yogurt

1 chicken breast
1/4 c. lettuce
1 oz. golden raisins
1/2 medium bananas
4 tbs. fat-free yogurt
1/2 tsp. honey
3 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 c. chopped celery

Recipe Directions for Salad, Chicken, Banana-Yogurt

  1. Cook chicken.

  2. Shred chicken.

  3. Mix in raisins and celery.

  4. In a separate bowl, mix all other ingredients but lettuce to make dressing.

  5. Mix filling with dressing.

  6. Serve over lettuce. (Or in tortilla or on pita.)
