Recipe Ingredients for SALAD: Broccoli

1 bunch of broccoli, cut into bite size pieces
6 cup Napa cabbage, thinly sliced
1/2 cup of sliced scallions
2 tbsp sesame oil
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp agave syrup
1/4 cup of dried cherry, chopped up

Recipe Directions for SALAD: Broccoli

  1. Combine broccoli, cabbage and scallions in a large bowl.

  2. In a smaller bowl combine sesame oil, vinegar, soy sauce, and Agave syrup. Whisk well and pour over veggies.

  3. Finish with sunflower seeds and cherries...Enjoy!

  4. Serves 4-6.
