Recipe Ingredients for SALAD, BROCCOLI

2 pounds broccoli, about 2 bunches
1 red onion, chopped
1 pound bacon, fried chrisp and chopped
1 cup cheddar cheese, Sharp, grated

DRESSING:
1 cup mayonnaise, Hellmans
1/2 cup sugar, granulated
2 tablespoons vinegar

Recipe Directions for SALAD, BROCCOLI

  1. Mix all main ingredients together and refregrate in a covered bowl until 1 hour before ready to serve.

  2. Mix dressing ingredients together and pour over main ingredients mixing well 1 hour before serving.
