Recipe Ingredients for SALAD beets, celery, apple

1 cup, diced Celery
1 medium apple Apples
2 Teaspoon Juice
2 tbsp chopped Shallots
1 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for SALAD beets, celery, apple

  1. Oven 425 F

  2. wrap beets in aluminium foil, roast until tender about 1 1/4 hour.

  3. Shred the celery, put it in a large bowl

  4. In a small bowl whisk: lemon juice,chopped shallots,olive oil, kosher salt and grounded pepper.

  5. Unwrap the beets, cut in julienne,add to the celery, Add walnuts just before serve
