Recipe Ingredients for Salad «Beet, prunes»

1/2 cup slices Beets
3 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
1/20 cup Sunflower Seeds
3 tbsp Light Sour Cream
10 prunes Prunes, Dried, Uncooked
1/4 cup Walnut Pieces

Recipe Directions for Salad «Beet, prunes»

  1. Boil the beets 1 hour, cool it and grate.

  2. Grind the walnuts.

  3. Boil and grate the eggs.

  4. Wash the prunes and chop finely.

  5. Crush the garlic.

  6. Mix all, add sunflower seeds and sesame seeds.

  7. Sour cream.

  8. Garnish with herbs.
