Quite filling. Add dressing of choice.

Recipe Ingredients for Salad basic

2 cup romaine lettuce
2 cup cucumber
1 cup tomato

Recipe Directions for Salad basic

  1. Clean and cut lettuce fine.

  2. I remove the seed section of the tomatoes and cucumbers then dice the outer portion. That way I can use the higher liquid portion in a dressing.

  3. Mix together and add the dressing, seeds or nuts you might like with this.
