A light summery veggie based dish. Quick, easy and tasty!

Recipe Ingredients for Salad Bake

3 cups lettuce
1 large tomato
3 spring onions
1/4 cup parsley
1 medium potato
2 eggs
1/3 cup all purpose flour
1/3 cup skim milk
1/6 cup mustard
1/6 cup ketchup
1/5 cup butter
1/2 cup ham

Recipe Directions for Salad Bake

  1. Heat the oven to 180 degrees and place butter in an oven-proof dish until it melts.

  2. Chop all vegetables and ham into small chunks.

  3. In a bowl mix the eggs, flour, milk, mustard and ketchup.

  4. Cook for 30-40 mins. Serve and enjoy!
