Recipe Ingredients for Salad - Apple Coleslaw

15 g spring onion, sliced
195 g cabbage, shredded
130 g carrots, coarsely grated
200 g red apple with skin, thin strips
150 g light mayonnaise
70 g TINE Light (Mager) Kesam - light fresh cheese/quark
20 g TINE Cottage Cheese

Recipe Directions for Salad - Apple Coleslaw

  1. Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate till it is needed.

  2. Best enjoyed with barbecued food, roast/fried chicken, on melba toast/crackers or even mini pastry shells.
