Recipe Ingredients for Salad-3

1 Bell pepper
2 carrots
1 cup cabbage
2 tbsp mung beans
1 guava
3 oz grapes
5 oz yoghurt
1 tbsp coriander,chopped
1 tomato
1 cup cucumber
2 oranges
1 tsp black pepper, ground
1 tsp oregano
1 salt to taste

Recipe Directions for Salad-3

  1. Cut all vegetables and guava into small cubes.

  2. wash grapes, peel oranges.

  3. Toss together all ingredients except yoghurt.

  4. Add yoghurt before serving.
