Just a salad when you have had too many party meals and would like to take a break from regular meals and have no stomach for fasting.

Recipe Ingredients for Salad-1

3/4 cup tomato, small cubes
1 1/4 cup cucumber, small cubes, unpeeled
3/4 cup bell pepper, small cubes
1/2 cup guava, small cubes
1 cup cabbage, small cubes
2 tbsp mung beans
1/2 cup grapes
1 1/4 cup carrots, small cubes
1 cup coriander leaves, cut small
1 tbsp lime juice
1 salt to taste
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp black pepper, ground coarsely
1/4 tsp chili flake
2 cups yoghurt, plain

Recipe Directions for Salad-1

  1. Mix all ingredients together except the yoghurt.

  2. add yoghurt just before serving.
