1 cup shredded romaine lettuce, raw
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 cup chopped tomatoes, red, ripe
1 stalk celery, large, raw
4/5 oz firm tofu
2 tablespoons Caesar salad dressing
1/8 cup shredded cheese
1 cup chopped chicken breast, meat only, cooked

Recipe Directions for salad 1

  1. cut all veggies

  2. cook chicken

  3. put tofu and chicken on salad

  4. dress salad. eat!
