Recipe Ingredients for Sage Turkey and Penne

1 pound ground turkey
2 carrots
6 green onions
1/2 tsp salt
1 tablespoon oil
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 cup beef broth
1 tablespoon parsley
1/2 tsp sage
14 ounces diced tomatoes
16 ounces penne pasta

Recipe Directions for Sage Turkey and Penne

cook turkey and salt in oil until no longer pink. remove turkey and add carrots and green onions cook until tender. meanwhile cook penne in pan of boiling water leave in this pan. add remaining ingredients turkey to pan with carrots and green onions and simmer for 10-15 minutes. serve over pasta. if desired garnish with parmesian cheese on top.
