Recipe Ingredients for Sage and Tomato Bean Dip

2 tbsp sundried tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup water, boiling
1 (540ml) beans, kidney drained and rinsed
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp sage leaves, fresh chopped
1 garlic clove, minced

Recipe Directions for Sage and Tomato Bean Dip

  1. Place tomatoes in boiling water; let stand for 10 minutes. Drain and reserve water.

  2. In food processor, purée together beans, tomatoes, oil, salt and pepper and 3 tbsp of the reserved water until smooth. Pulse in sage and garlic.

  3. Makes 1.5 cups - serving = 2 tbsp
