Excellent low fat, high protein Porkloin. Crock pot or oven - 1 1/2 hours at 325degrees.

Recipe Ingredients for Sage and Rosemary Porkloin

2 tbsp Parsley
1 1/2 tbsp Sage
1 tbsp Rosemary
3 cloves Garlic minced
3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
1/4 tsp Salt
2 lbs pork tenderloin
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive oil

Recipe Directions for Sage and Rosemary Porkloin

  1. Spray crock pot with olive oil spray.

  2. Filling: in small bowl combine parsley, sage, rosemary, garlic, oil, mustard, salt, and pepper.

  3. Butterfly or slice in half like a book, leaving an edge still attached.

  4. Sprinkle top side of porkloin with half of the salt and pepper.

  5. Spread filling evenly across the loin. Roll up the loin to wrap the filling.

  6. Secure with toothpicks or kitchen twine. Rub loin with oil and season with salt and pepper.

  7. Add 1/2 cup of water to crock pot.

  8. Roast loin on low for 10 hours.

  9. Let stand 10 min before carving.

  10. Best if loin seared.
