Recipe Ingredients for Sage Roasted Turkey Breast

48 oz Turkey Breast Meat
0.33 tbsp Sage, Ground
0.5 tsp Oregano
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
0.5 tsp Pepper, Black
0.25 tsp Garlic Powder
0.125 tsp Paprika
1 tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin, Organic

Recipe Directions for Sage Roasted Turkey Breast

  1. Heat oven to 325 degrees. Set turkey on a rack in a roasting pan.

  2. Combine sage, oregano, salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika in a small bowl. Brush turkey with oil; season with spices.

  3. Roast turkey until a thermometer inserted in the center registers 170 degrees F, about 1 hour 35 minutes. Transfer to a cutting board and let stand 10 minutes before carving.
