Recipe Ingredients for sage-roasted pork tenderioin with pears

2 lb pork tenderloins
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbs. chopped sage
3 pear, each cored and cut into 6 wedges
1 tbs. olive oil

Recipe Directions for sage-roasted pork tenderioin with pears

  1. preheat oven to 500 degrees. sprinkle pork tenderloins w/ 1 tsp. of the salt and 1 tsp. of the pepper; then coat w/ garlic and 2 tbs. of the sage. Place pears, olive oil, and remaining sage, salt, and pepper in a large bowl and toss to combine.

  2. place tenderloins and pears in a single layer in a large roasting pan; bake 10 minutes, turn tenderloins and pear wedges and bake 10 more minutes
