Learned from a woman who speaks only Hebrew...I speak only English. So it's not exactly how she did it but still tastes good!

Recipe Ingredients for Safta's Carrot Soup

2 white onions
2 large zuccinis
20 carrots
1 red pepper
1 cup celery stalks
3 cloves garlic
3 chicken boullion cubes

Recipe Directions for Safta's Carrot Soup

  1. Brown onions and garlic in large pot.

  2. Chop up all the veggies and add to the pot. Add the bouillon to 3 cups water and pour into the mix.

  3. Boil until soft, then puree.

  4. Voila! Good as a warm or cold soup, though I was told to serve cold.
