Recipe Ingredients for Saffron rice

2 cups rice, converted
1 tbsp. butter, unsalted
4 cups water
3 chicken bouillon cubes
1/4 g. saffron

Recipe Directions for Saffron rice

Brown dry rice in butter in skillet. Add saffron, water, and bouillon cubes. Bring to boil and simmer uncovered until water is absorbed.
