Recipe Ingredients for sacred heart soup

1 onion
2 garlic cloves
5 g ginger
100 g carrot
100 g cabbage
1 tbsp flour
1 tsp milk powder
1 green pepper
100 g celery
40 g tomatoes
50 g cauliflower
1/2 tsp salt
1 black pepper
800 ml water

Recipe Directions for sacred heart soup

  1. chop all the veggies.

  2. bring water to boil and add the salt and veggies.

  3. boil covered for 10 minutes and then remove the vegggies as much as u can.

  4. now add the flour and cook for 5 minutes

  5. add milk and simmer for 2 minutes

  6. now add veggies and simmer for 2 more minutes.

  7. add pepper to taste
