Indian Saag! With extra veggies and meat.

Recipe Ingredients for Saag

340 4/5 grams Spinach
141 4/5 grams Kale
6 tbsp Butter
2 clove Garlic
1 tsp Salt, Table
14 oz Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
12 oz Shrimps
1 cup Cauliflower

Recipe Directions for Saag

  1. Melt butter with 2 T tumeric, 1 t cumin and 1 t corriander. Stir for about 2 minutes.

  2. Add chopped greens a little at a time, starting with the tougher pieces first (stems). Make sure what you have is wilted before adding more.

  3. After all greens are in, add garlic and cut up chicken. Cook for about 5 minutes.

  4. Add cooked frozen shrimp and chopped cauliflower.

  5. Simmer on medium for 15 minutes or until all veggies have softened.
