30 grams Rye Flour
30 grams Oat Flour
5 grams Walnut Oil
100 grams 100% Lactose Free Milk
1 dash Salt, Table
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 medium Egg, Whole

  1. mix the 2 flour with salt

  2. add egg, vanilla extract and milk

  3. mix

  4. let rest a few minutes

  5. cook
