Recipe Ingredients for "rye" flax crackers

1 cup Flax Seed
1 tbs sesame seed
1/2 cup hazelnuts
1 tsp salt
1 tsp caraway seeds
1 tbs cocoa powder

Recipe Directions for "rye" flax crackers

soak flax in 2 cups water for about an hour, soalk the hazlenuts as well. toss Drain nuts and add to food processor with flax seed and the remaining ingredients, blend well. spread over a cookie sheet with a silpat or dehydrator tray with a teflex sheet. I use my oven on warm for an hour, turn off the oven and let sit for a couplf of hours, when dry to the touch on top use another cookie sheet covered with another silicon mat and flip over, dry the second side the same way, put on warm oven for about an hour and turn off.
