Low fat, low cholesterol French Toast

Recipe Ingredients for Ruth's French Toast

1 cup Original Egg Beaters
1/3 cup 1% Milk
1 tsp Nutmeg
2 tsp Cinnamon
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 slices Whole Wheat Bread
4 slices White Bread

Recipe Directions for Ruth's French Toast

Spray skillet with cooking spray. Heat skillet on medium high heat. While the skillet is heating, combine all ingredients except bread. Soak bread in mixture. Add soaked bread to skillet for 2 minutes on each side. Serve with sugar free syrup.
