Recipe Ingredients for Ruth's Chris Chicken

8 oz Chicken Breast
1/2 tablespoon Thyme
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
1 1tsp Vegetable Oil, Canola

Recipe Directions for Ruth's Chris Chicken

  1. Marinate the chicken breast with 1 tsp. of canola oil. Make sure to work it through the entire chicken breast.

  2. Season to liking with sea salt, ground black pepper, and fresh thyme.

  3. Cook at 450 degrees for about 1 hour.
