Recipe Ingredients for Rutabaga Soup

1 large rutabaga
32 ounce chicken broth
1 onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 cup whipping cream

Recipe Directions for Rutabaga Soup

Peel and chop rutabaga. Cook in chicken broth until tender. Puree in food processor. Return to broth and add whipping cream. Heat until hot. (Do not boil after whipping cream is added.)
