Recipe Ingredients for Rustic Veggie Tart

1 frozen pie crust
1 oz onion
1 oz bell pepper
2 oz tomato
1 tsp basil
1/2 tsp worchestershire sauce
2 oz cheddar
2 oz low fat cheese
1 tbsp parmesan
1 tbsp feta, crumbled

Recipe Directions for Rustic Veggie Tart

Prick botton of pie crust thoroughly. Spread half shredded cheeses into crust. Layer thinly sliced onion, pepper & tomato on top. Sprinkle with basil & worchestershire. Top with remaining cheese. Carefully fold edges of crust, pressing onto top of tart. Bake at 375 for 30 mins on lowest oven shelf.
